Caroline could be a potential egg doner for her old assistant in this episode that again tries to blend humour with pathos.
There are lots of funny moments in this episode, don't get me wrong - the whole story line with Del, Annie and Caroline singing Motown, Richard's attempts at cooking etc, but what's nice is that once again there are real moments of sadness along the way.
I'm not saying we need that every episode, but it's a nice touch.
