This VIP protocol thing, this heavy-handed suppression of lower ones by those with higher authorities, this fear and lack of trust in the police who are supposed to make us feel protected (which is indeed a consequence of previously mentioned problem), and this misuse of power by our politicians, landlords and their beloved descendants. Why do we keep expecting things from the government like we depend on them when it's the other way round actually? Shoaeb Mansoor nailed it again with another controversial social issue. Mahira Khan was as stunning as always. "VERNA" is a must watch and a thought provoking film though it was quite feminazi at some points.
