Only a scream away was a wonderful opening entry to the second series. It's a true psychological thriller, boasting a superb story line, great characters, excellent performances and a true threat throughout. It starts as it means to go on, you know from the wedding that life isn't going to be peaches and cream for Samantha, but as it develops you see the true torture she's out through. Strong production values, great accompanying music, this episode is a real high. Hayley Mills and Gary Collins shine in particular, the conclusion is fantastic. I also found Joyce Carey charming as Liza.
