White Famous had some bright spots, but it missed the mark more often than not and this episode pretty much summed up why it was canceled. They tried to have Jay Pharaoh as a romantic lead more often than just relying on his comedy which was bizarre, and we did get his standup at the end it was not exactly strong material.
Given this was a Californication spinoff I was hoping for more, but this finale, and the show as a whole, was a letdown.
