JUST MAINE FOLK is a very early example of a romantic comedy, made in 1912 and clocking in at just a few minutes in length. The story has a western setting and involves a love triangle that develops between two families in a farming community. It's short and to the point, amusingly old-fashioned, and of course endearing for anyone with a love of early cinema.
