2/6/18. An interesting exploration into the most under-appreciated sense we have - the sense of smell. It is amazing how a scent can bring back memories from the past that our other senses can't do very well. Almost primitive in nature, it is a tool for survival as well as a tool for pleasure. Without our sense of smell, can we truly enjoy the food we eat? I suppose to truly appreciate it, we would have to lose it. And, I don't ever want to lose the ability to smell!
