A politically correct film about the plight of Undead-Americans.
5 March 2018
Warning: Spoilers
Some good, some bad, one to many movie cliches and too much political correctness. Best lines in the movie belong to the mayor when he invoked the power of rock and roll then used a guitar to dispatch several zombies. As well as the "Happier than Richard Simmons watching Broke-back Mountain" line. Naming the Japanese scientist Dr. Fukushima was a nice touch. The story line seemed to have been pulled out of a horror movie recycling bin. I.E. We need to get to the hospital but, the car won't start. Or how every other car in town was out of or low on gas. How about Uncle Ed's top secret recipe that everyone else wants ? If you are allowed to make another movie please do some research and hire some technical experts or at least someone that has been to a fair / carnival. Cars, trucks and motorcycles don't drive into the fairground or park next to the band stand. Lesbians don't usually have semi-naked make out sessions in the food court. Please hire someone that knows guns need to be reloaded. Is there a quota system in hollywood these days ? 5 romantic relationships are featured in this move. 3 are interracial, 1 straight and one lesbian. The heterosexuals are under-represented and the gays are totally left out. However, you did manage to include organically grown food, vegans and multiple references to peanut allergies.
