The Walking Dead: Wrath (2018)

So What Did We Learn Tonight?

Warning: Spoilers
Wrath wrapped up Season 8 and the closure felt a bit contrived and anticlimactic, but was well acted and executed. The cross over felt rushed and I would have preferred just a hint of Morgan's next journey and let Fear pick up on the rest the following week but it is what it is and was what it was.

Pro: Psycho Morgan fading in and out of reality and Jesus helping him to find a moral balance, Eugene's bullet hijinx highlighting his continued ball growth ala the Cowardly Lion on the Wizard Of Oz finally finding his courage, competing battle strategies, Father Gabe car jumping and sucker punching, Last time for Negan whistle, Rosita saving Eugene and getting puke paybacks, Negan being made example of how not to rebuild society, Dwight's pardon.

Con: Just lock up Gregory (guess he pissed off someone), Shane's crying baby, Water Women showing up the worst non-surprise ever, Mags histrionics like no one else lost a loved one shes gotta let pizza boy go like she did her sisters and father, Not enough Daryl they could have used him more (ie Negan getting an arrow thru his head while Rick was down), wretched Rick speeches (yawn), Dwight looking more like the real Jesus than Hippy Jesus.

Con-Con: member Coral? Yea I member, how couldn't I as TWD felt it necessary to shove him down our throat ad infinitum through out the entire finale, start to finish.
