Season 3, Episode 10
1/10
My unpopular opinion - very disappointing finale and season - 1/10

Warning: Spoilers
When I started watching Kingdom, I liked every character and I enjoyed the story. I hated the scene with the murder in S1 but at the moment it felt right. It was shocking, unexpected and it helped with how the story progressed. I enjoyed the first season very much because I actually cared for what was going on.

Season 2 disappointed me - I hated the two new girls because they couldn't stop f***ing - it felt like 12 times in an episode. I wasn't surprised that they killed one of them off because they didn't know what to do with her anymore, and the other one moved to another trainer or something. Seasons 2 and 3 made me hate all the male characters with the exception of Jay's ginger friend and Nate. I started hating Alvey, Jay and the rest. My favourite female character has always been Christina.

By the end of S3, I felt so disappointed by what happened to Nate and Christina, that I had no desire to watch the finale. I still did and I didn't care anymore - it was all about Alvey and how he won a title after he had lost his son whom he had called f***** just before his death. This was all brutal and unnecessary, let alone how unsatisfying the finale is to the other characters. This finale felt more like "Alvey's Kingdom" .

Christina and Nate were the best characters on the show and they deserved so much better. It seems like the writers just don't know what to do with women. Don't let me start on Nate. Were the writers thinking "What are the worst things that casn happen to a woman and a gay man? The woman can get raped. The gay man can die because what else can we do with him?" because that's how it looked like.
