Review of The Butler's Night Off

The copy on YouTube is edited from 74 min down to 57 losing plot continuity and comedy. LaRoche is a social worker who runs a boy's club; he dreams of being able to raise the money to build the children a summer camp. His girlfriend tells him that she has persuaded her rich uncle - who she reveals is actually her father - to finance the camp. Jealous butler informs the father what is really going on and father refuses to finance it. Butler gets drunk-witnesses body of crime boss partner being dumped in an ally. Girl talks boy friend into stealing some bonds she has in a safe at home to finance the camp as money is really hers (in 3 months time). Jealous butler moves body to crime scene. Father comes home and Police are called in. Boyfriend flees and runs into hands of the crooks trying to recover body. Repentant butler helps him escape. Crooks chase them to boys club where the boys help police capture the crooks. The father finances the boy's clubs and the tipsy butler chases after a damsel in distress.
