That guy has issues!

Warning: Spoilers
At the beginning of the show, Nell (Tina Louise) is working vice and posing as a prostitute. Her trick turns out to be a real maniac. First, he insists on playing Wagner's "Wedding March". Second, when the music starts, he starts beating the snot out of her! Fortunately, backup arrives...though the creep escapes. Later, when Nell goes back and checks the records, she realizes that this guy has struck before---and she asks Cannon to help her so that he doesn't strike again. However, one of the previous victims of this guy refuses to talk with them and instead decides to make a big killing. After all, the maniac turns out to be a judge...and the guy is in line to become Lieutenant Governor!! Will she make a huge financial killing...or will she just end up being killed? And what about Cannon and Nell?

This is a very sick and disturbing episode of "Cannon". Now I am not complaining or saying it's gratuitous, but it clearly pushed the envelope for what was allowable on network TV back in 1975!

So, is it any good? Yes...but it's also rather brutal and twisted. It is NOT a show I'd recommend you let kids watch, that's for sure. Plus, if you've been a victim of assault, then I would avoid it! Still, it is well made and never bores!
