This is not a review but I couldn't find a place for comments. This is one of my favorites so I have nothing to add,other than at the very end of this episode, Phoebe enters the manor with her very short,haircut. We don't see that again until the new owner of the paper shows up, I think. So obviously, this part was filmed way out of order.
