I love their designs but the way they budget it is outrageous. I feel they never take a qualified inspector for the house , the "expenses " come all the time as a surprise and they shouldn't. They ripp people budget and steal away from their dream houses. Not impressed at all about their business input never works in client benefits...I wonder if and how much they pay people on the show to let them waste their money. :(
