They've done some unique things this season, but this time-shifting was the WORST and did NOT work.
Why when they've never done this before would they pull this out? It simply created holes that didn't get filled.
With respect to the review that is critical of the title and pretty belittling of pretty much everyone in the military.... first remember what happened during the prior seasons. Second, Wolf was an Aussie SEAL, Azima was Nigerian army I believe, Sasha was an intel and possibly CIA farm trained, Danny was combat, and the others thrown in the deep end. I was a fmf corpsman so I'm partial to my Marines, but I think you were overly harsh.
I will say though this season hasn't been that different for the core actors that are downrange.
