Germany gave the world several writers of the best fairy tales. However, this movie is a very bad fairy tale. It's absolutely primitive. The main idea that the movie wants to propagate is formulated by one of its heroes: while fighting terrorism the law enforcement agencies should not violate the law.
However, the central figure of the story, the judge (!!!) Elke Seeberg, violated many laws in pursuing the search of her daughter. If a judge (!!!) can violate the law for personal affairs, why the law enforcement agencies can't violate the rules in order to save human lives?
The creators of this movie disprove their own ideas almost in every scene. The movie is full of false propaganda, and the story is absolutely implausible. And its major deficiency lies in the fact that the story disproves the very idea that it tries to tell us.
