Much of it is quite fresh
5 January 2019
A two-reel farce with many things in it that are comical and sure to waken laughter, but somewhat uneven taken as a whole. It is a good offering, for though it is not up to the richest comics made by Keystone, it has little of the very rough work that some of them have had, and more situation. Nothing in it is wholly new, but much of it is quite fresh. Mack Sennet, himself, has a role. - The Moving Picture World, August 29, 1914
