PHANTOM PATROL is a cheap programmer in which the Royal Canadian Mounted Police are presented as the daredevil heroes of the hour. This time around they're on the trail of a master criminal who has escaped from the big city and taken up residence in a rural valley, where he's kidnapped a popular writer and is now masquerading as him. Luckily the square-jawed hero of the hour, played by the unlikely-named Kermit Maynard, is around to sort things out. This is basic stuff, heavily dated but amusing enough for those who enjoy this kind of thing.
