Just want to make a correction on Sangita's comment on keto. The diet is 25% good fats, 25 % protein and 75% veggies and salads. Yes you lose weight but it does not age you-which was Jillian's comment. I think no one is wrong with what diet they chose to follow as long as it works for them and is healthy.
