Yes! WE NEED THIS. This Episode really focus on each character development and the pace will move forward after this. I used only to care about Shawn because he's main protagonist. But this episode make me care for other character as well.

This episode so refreshing and full of emotion. I need more of this. Please do keep the balance between hospital jobs and privates life of each character.
