This episode tackles two very controversial topics; assisted suicide and censorship. On the one hand we have Stan's 102 year old grandpa asking for Stan's help in killing him. The other story line has the kids watching Terrance and Phillip, the vulgar Canadian cartoon and Kyle's mom freaking out. (This is South Park making a parody of themselves) She gets the towns parents to boycott the network. While protesting, half the town catches Kenny's explosive diarrhea and the other half catapult their bodies against the network building. While this is going on, Death shows up and chases the boys, then Grandpa chases him. Death doesn't kill Grandpa but he does kill Kenny.
