I like how the film took the risk of showing an LGBT film that focuses on two old male. This is refreshing. We know that this film mainly focuses on Ramon and Fredo's relationship. However, a lot had happened on the film that hadn't been given a proper closure or explanation when the film ended.
The casting and acting are superb! It's been a film of it's kind with last 2018's MMFF but, if it had a competition that went with the same or another refreshing content, I doubt it'll garner all of the awards.
