Shady lady rancher is queen of the rustlers.

Warning: Spoilers
Rather routine rustlers western, mainly distinguished by the head of the rustlers being a young woman rancher(Lynn Carver, as Marian Hardy), who inherited her ranch from her father. Although she occasionally takes part in the actual rustling operation, she isn't happy living in this parched cattle grazing land, preferring the well-watered and urbane East. Her proceeds from the rustled cattle sales will hopefully speed this transition. Marian is but one of 3 young marriageable women featured. Sally Paine, as in so many R.R. films of this period, is again cast as Gabby Hayes' daughter. She doesn't do a whole lot other than , near the end, drive the family station wagon at breakneck speed, trying to catch the runaway Marian, in her car. This leads to Marian's capture, after a short cat fight with the 3rd young woman: Gale Storm, as Judy. Sally and Judy, as well as Roy, were raised by Gabby Hays. Apparently, Roy and Judy were adopted independently, thus have no 'blood' relationship. The girls haven't seen Roy for10 years, thus greet him enthusiastically, including some hard kisses. However, it's soon clear that Roy prefers the cute Judy as a potential romantic partner. It's also clear that Judy has been waiting for him to return. Gale(Judy) played Roy's girlfriend in several other films during this period. She's one of my favorite Roy girlfriends. At this point, she was only 19, and just starting her show business career. Of course, in the '50s, she starred in the TV serials "My Little Margie", followed by "The Gale Storm Show". She had a good singing voice, which occasionally she got to use in her films. .......William Haade plays Ed: Marian's foreman. As often happens in the R.R. films, the foreman is involved in the criminal activity. In fact, he is Marian's right hand man in the rustling operations. He kills sheriff Jim(James Seay) when he learns too much, and tries to kill Roy when he learns too much. But, Roy is quicker on the draw, and badly wounds him instead. As is usual in R.R. films, for a time, Roy is suspected of being the chief villain, usually for circumstantial reasons. But, finally, some of Marian's hands are indirectly implicated in the rustling, getting Roy off the hook. At first, when Roy and Gabby learned that Marian's men were involved, they chose to disbelieve that she was involved, but Marian made a fatal mistake in trying to shoot Roy. See it at YouTube.
