No; really? a jury review that short? against marlee? that would have been a hung jury, at best. obviously just swinging the bar (sic) back to unreasonable from the previous few "feel good" arc exonerating a death row inmate. that would be the one to fail IRL, not the bereaved deaf mother of a raped and murdered preschooler.
