Review of The Monster of Mangatiti

This may sound like victim blaming ,but it what it is. This girl had several opportunities to escape . How can you be so brave to go in the middle of nowhere with some grizzly looking caveman ,have consensual sex with him ,then in 2 weeks become so terrified to even attempt to escape. The nurse was too bitter to ask for help, really? As bitter as the man beating and raping you? I think not. She stood outside a police department. Did nothing. She was inside the post office. Did nothing . She went home to her mother and said she would tell him she wasn't going back and "Sweet talked" into going back!! She used the excuse of his son to continue staying with him, but when she was free ,she wouldn't help the boys mother to save the boy and his brother. 23 -28 ?? Years later she files a report and her reason for waiting was simlpy bc SHE felt safe while being married but now that her husband is dead ,she fears this beast again? Are you kidding me? 9 more women suffered because of her , and to me that makes her the monster! This woman made me sick at my stomach.
