The trip to the pool was a great story as it covers so many of their issues in the very beginning. Randall dealing with not knowing many black kids and putting a mark in a notebook whenever he meets a black person ad well as Rebecca trying to parent him right and make sure she does the right thing with his hair and skin was a great part. I like how she first got defensive for a good reason but then at the same time went over it to do the best for her son. Kate being shamed for being fat in her childhood and then stalking her boyfriend;s ex wife was also a good story. And Kevin who felt neglected and insecure is now in New York having a successful audition. I also loved the conversation Randall had with his father, lots of emotions. And Kevin meeting him was also good.
