Other than the basic premise of this little film, there isn't much to say. A little girl sees what appears to be one of those neighborhood roaming ice cream trucks. She stops jumping rope and asks her mom to pay for one of the ice cream bars. Then it gets beyond belief. It's one of those times where the premise is all there is with no explanation.
