Benny (played by the very versatile, talented Ty Olsson) calls on Dean in his time of need as he ventures back to his maker. We finally get some insight into Benny's backstory which I found fascinating (Vampirates). The title of this episode is very fitting. Dean feels obligated to the man that led him to purgatory's escape hatch (and we see the complexities of Benny's other relationships, especially Andrea). But what is so good about this segment is Olsson's immersion and authentic portrayal of this unique vampire. Good ending where both Sam and Benny show their trust in Dean for differing but ultimately the same suspicion.
