A part human, part machine is created to protect the owner...whoever had $8 million to buy one from GTI. They are supposed to getting bodies from hospital and military but early on we find out they go out and seek out steroid filled, square jawed, small packaged guys to subdue and make into a programmable "Techno-Sapien". One such creature (Russ Tertyask) suddenly gets a memory flash and goes rogue on a killing spree.
Yes, it has been done before and much better. Bad acting. Bad dialogue. Bad script. Bad soundtrack. Lousy eye candy. They also had one of those screwed up night/day scenes where it is pitch black dark in one scene and a second later it is twilight.
