This is a lot of big stars in a rather pointless film. Vincent (Jesse Eisenberg) leaves his company to lay a fiber optic pipeline from Kansas to New Jersey to shave a millisecond or so off trading times, giving him an edge with millions. He runs into trouble along the way.
There are personal interactions that make the story. The overall plot seemed insignificant. Not sure why they even bothered.
