Sometimes wacky goes too far, and this musical first takes it to a point of insanity from which there is no recovery. it is a musical that never gives you a chance to breathe, because nobody and it ever shut up, huh play over each other in extremely loud tones. that's fine for a two-wheel short, but this truck is it out to an hour and that is far too much and excessively annoying. Newlyweds Tom Brown and Nan Grey are bolted fault in the music business, shuffle songwriters who work in cheaper areas starting off as a collection agent for unpaid pianos.
The first three minutes are actually funny as the people in debt stop him from collecting either cash or the piano and very funny ways just like they would do later on to the sales people in the two "Fuller Brush" movies.
