Invader Zim: Enter the Florpus is everything a fan of the original show can ask for in a modern day film adaptation. Besides the obvious nostalgia, the film is full of wickedly funny gags and a ridiculous plot you won't want to take your eyeballs off of. The animation definitely seems less rough than before, and adds a different, although interesting, layer of character to watch throughout. The film may seem to run too long on certain gags, and some are so fast they hardly have a chance to laugh, but in total the film is aimed to make you laugh in as many ways as possible, and for the most part it succeeds. Is it perfect? No. Is it a good time? Hell yes.
