Starts off intriguing but after a while it starts to feel like a impressive tribute to Wes Anderson & Quentin Tarantino. What Tarantino does is take hokey storylines and adds his own flair and dialogue. This movie does the same thing but the characters don't stand out and there isn't enough provocative material to tangle with. It could have used a bit more dark humor and depravity and it might have worked better. Still, not too bad.
