The show is OK and the lessons are valuable and motivating
However I wouldn't call it starting with just 100$ and a car.
it is also starting with:
* on the spot medical care (when he got ill)
* a camera crew from Discovery behind you
* people willingly doing stuff for free for you (maybe to get on TV )
* some tires worth 1k$+ just when you were out of money
But overall, it is entertaining and worth watching. I just wouldn't be so ambitious with the storyline.
