After this scene, the timeline changes directly to the present day specifically four months later.

In this season, Ralph will uncover the truth about the missing Sue Deardon and hopefully find her. In the comics, Sue Dibny is the wife of Ralph Dibny. Perhaps, we will be seeing their relationship unfold this season.
