Review of Lucky Day

Lucky Day (I) (2019)
3/10
A Wasteful, Unfunny, Canadian Bacon Cinematic Butcher Fest.
14 October 2019
For a film that's supposed to be over the top with outrageous scenes and funny antics this was just way out of place. The characters were super unoriginal like the foreign hitman who flys in from another country who's butchering a French accent that's so bad it's not funny. The timing of all the scenes were awkward and super corny at best. There's even a ton of mistakes. Like the hitman steals the car from the garage and leaves his suitcase on the roof of the car then drives off and it appears later when he goes in the bar. Or When he's pulled over by the cops and has gloves on and then steps out and doesn't hav'em on and then shoots the gun and they magically appear on again. I mean did they even screen this in the editing process c'mon I'm not even a stickler for these things so i know millions of others seen it also. Just real shabby work all around the board and you can tell this film was not cheap to make so somebody funded a crappy attempt at an off the wall comedy. The acting is bad because the writing is horrible and the actors even show it on their face they know it's not good and you can even tell they know. Theres so much not to like I wouldn't recommend this film it's definitely not worth a watch.
