I was very young during the Tammy Faye and Jim Bakker scandal, so my childish mind only recalled the absurdity and comedic blows of this woman. After deciding to give this documentary a shot, i found my heart simply glowing towards this woman. Having no idea about her love and support of ALL human beings, and the passion of faith that kept her going amidst such public humiliation, how could one not love this woman? What a beautiful homage. While I am far from an evangelist and vastly removed from religion, this documentary reveals a beautiful perspective of one amazing lady. I never would have guessed that Tammy Faye Bakker would be such an inspiration in her own unique way. What a fighter! Beautifully done!
