Ep 1 has their diplomatic convoy attacked with bombs, guns, and crooked cops after visiting el presidente, yet they go visit him again, this time no cops, but still unprotected! lol
Not only that, but after the Ep 1 attack Ryan and Greer stay at a local hotel, instead of on the grounds of the US embassy! lol! The icing is that Jack walks around with a sad face all the time, and his hands in his pockets. No wonder that female spy tricked him into a honey pot so easily.
Jack is very intelligent in the books, but in Ep 2, not speaking a word of Spanish, walks through the docks and on board a ship and no one challenges him because he's wearing a hard hat and carries a clip board, and waves to everyone. He's finally challenged on the ship, but luckily the ship's captain must have known Jack was Spanish illiterate and says "What are you doing here, and show me your ID" in English! lol The honeypot spy has super ninja skills and saves Jack, though, so Jack likes her.
Jack is fighting for his life in his hotel room washroom, the assassin puts a plastic bag over his head and Jack starts to desperately grasp around the floor with both hands for anything to help him instead of just poking a hole through the bag at his mouth. lol!
Continuing with the washroom fight, Jack finally remembers that he has a knife hidden at his ankle, so he grabs it, opens it, stabs the assassin one, two, three times deep into his thigh, then reaches up and *actually stabs the knife deep into the assassin's *eye socket**! lol The assassin groans, pulls it out, then runs out of the room, crashing through the hotel lobby densely packed with guests, then runs through the streets immune to the pain he should be feeling on leg and eye/brain. Super healing powers Wolverine!

Definitely written by amateurs, definitely they have never read a Tom Clancy book and have no idea who Jack Ryan is. Definitely directed by someone without logic.
