Quality drama and character development, Rose Wilson's backstory unfolds
24 November 2019
The season finale is next week but instead of an action packed episode we got a really character driven episode with a focus on Hank and his drug addiction struggle and cage fighting which was nice to see as those sequences were great and had quality fight choreography. Other than that we get to see more backstory for the character Rose and her relationship with Slade Wilson. The acting from Esai Morales and Chelsea Zhang were phenomenal. The scenes between Chelsea Zhang and Curran Walters were also very good, both showing real emotion in their scenes and gave believable and perfect performances. Alan Ritchson also gave a wonderful performance, bringing something human and flaws to the character.

Larnell Stovall debuts as director and does a great job at it. Giving us a great episode filled with superb drama and character development which is also thanks to the great writing of this season. I can't wait for next week's season finale, it can only be extraordinary as Dick Grayson will finally become Nightwing.
