This show is super underrated.

Warning: Spoilers
This show is criminally underrated, sure it has its flaws like all shows, and it's not super easy to understand in the beginning unless you've played the games or read the books. There are a lot of skips that could be explained better (different timelines) but the work that has been put in by several actors and Henry Cavill's work is AMAZING. The fighting scene choreography is amazing, he nails the voice of Geralt. I hope they stay rather true to the books, and I'm glad we got Jaskier from the books and not the game version where he's kinda meaningless. I like how they built the episodes though and ended with Ciri meeting Geralt, built up a lot of good things to come for season 2. As a Witcher fan, I'm not dissapointed at all with season 1. The actress of Yennefer is also, superb. The actor of Jaskier is simply amazing. People hate on the Jaskier or dandelion because he's "annoying" but this is why reading the books is important for a show like this, he's supposed to be. in the books, he's seen as geralts only true friend, but he also annoys Geralt sometimes. So the actor for him has done a beautiful job of portraying a "companion" but also having that kind of annoying, personality and aura around him, while still being funny. Absolutely amazing, exceeded my exceptions big time for the first season...10/10
