A man gets out of prison after 10 years and gets back with his drug gang who avenges the murder of his sister and kills a bunch of rival gang members and cops. Fiona Skinner is in charge of the investigation and half the film is her behind a desk interrogating folks.
The accent made a few lines difficult to comprehend. Not enough good scenes to be entertaining.
