Dull and instable, although Sanders scatter his undeniable charm!!!

Interesting Noir picture if not had Lucille Ball in the casting, she was extremely stigmatized by her comic career on "I Love Lucy) also has a little appearance of Boris Karloff on a bizarre short sequence, it's scratch the credibility of the picture grotesquely, the damages are irrevocable by now, in other hand the movie will growing slow and strongly, when reach in somewhere reliable, the it became palatable at least, having the our old acquaintance George Sanders wisely put on the cast to mislead the audience as the most probable serial killer, smart game, nevertheless the proves put on purpose on the writing desk was too obvious, maybe the real killer wasn't enough smart, also was implied a bit humoresque atmosphere that doesn't match with the Noir style properly, Ball is too puritan to the role neither, anyway all those little fragments spoils the movie too hard, whenever it happens lost the firmness for good, no return meanwhile I'm glad to see the sleak and sophisticated George Sanders in high style as always!!
