After the hour mark hit, I figured it was too late to turn off the film at that point. I thought maybe this last 19 minutes will be worth this wasted hour. However, I was dead wrong. The first 50 minutes of the movie are set up to make this documentary style film appear somewhat realistic. A couple who obviously have never filmed a documentary before attempt to learn more about the urban legend. They do this by filming 'historical' imagery, interviewing town folk, etc. finally they get out into the creek about an hour in. The next 15 minutes are the couple SITTING IN THEIR TENT, hearing noises but doing nothing about it. From here the movie turns into a ripoff of Blair Witch (as I'm sure you've read on other reviews). Really disappointed I spent any time on this film at all. It has 0 redeeming qualities.
