Morgan Woodward heads an outlaw gang of ex-army riff-raff like himself who
plunder and pillage Indian villages. But when Woodward shoots Valentin DeVargas down on the streets of Cimarron, that's when Stuart Whitman starts
a manhunt on the reservation.
Whitman gets wounded in a gun battle Woodward and his gang. But who saves him is a young white former captive of the Indians played by Tuesday Weld. In the title role of this episode Weld excels as a girl who was saved by Woodward to become his squaw eventually. But Whitman to her is something better in the male species she can aspire to.
Woodward, Weld, and DeVargas give outstanding performances. She shows her that she can be more than a teenage tease which was what she had been playing.
Definitely for fans of Tuesday Weld.
