Overall this was probably the worst episode of Westworld.
The whole action sequence was sooooo bad! I was impressed at how amateur, campy and lame it was. Boring conversations. Machine guns are no match for Terminator and Caleb. Classic movie songs playing. Caleb super cool friends showing up at the end. Lame!!
I like Dolores less and less in every episode. Are we supposed to root for her? I still have no clue. She used to be a great character in season one but now, frankly, I can't stand her.
So Serac crashed Liam plane and then he took Liam to the crash site and kill him there...??? I have a better idea! Why not crash the plane with Liam ALREADY IN IT? What was the point of crashing the plane first and then killing Liam?
This whole show is covered in a thick layer of pretentiousness. You can feel it in its music and its super serious tone.
The producers of the show think that they are creating something deep and mind boggling, but in reality they are just creating camp. Expensive and entertaining camp I might add.
