I always read the reviews before I do a review, not that it influences my rating...that comes from me alone. I just like to see what others think. Mostly bad reviews, I must admit. I think probably from fake reviews, from producers of the movie or friends or producers. It really does happen. I was pleased to see that Stan Lee had a hand in making this film. I still miss that man. However, if this was a horror movie, I was at no time scared. No jump scares of any kind. No creepy feeling or goosebumps. As a superhero/sci-fi fan, I get the movie. I really do... but to label this a horror movie, eh, I don't think so. I liked it, but it's a one time watch that will not be repeated. It's worth a look. peace
