Some parts of Cape No. 7 are well-functioning and some are not.
I liked the songs and the love story between our two main characters. Also, the film has a certain undeniable beauty to it and especially the shots on the beach are gorgeous.
At the same time though, the film really lacs a clear focus and jumping back ad forward in time is more than anything else confusing and very much irrelevant. I've been told that many of actors are without a related education, and that is conspicuous with at times ridiculous acting.
