Cons:
-Animation quality is inconsistent at times.
-Character & Story development is erratic.
-Ham handed anti-capitalist message "could" have had an impact if it had been handled well, instead it's cartoonish and laughable.
-Story relies heavily on Deus ex machina / DBZ "Power Up" moments, and the uber power/effect that unveils itself in one would have resolved previous episodes easily making previous near death brushes loose their meaning.
-The Enemy/Foe in most episodes ends up being irredeemably foolish/stupid, and makes you wonder how they lived up to this point / became a critical henchman.
Comparisons to "Ghost in the Shell" aren't remotely accurate and degrade both the Original movie and series.
