The opening of this episode is really great! I love little insights into all of the characters private life. And then the awful moment in Cristina's bed. That was such good TV!!!
The episode starts off with a bang, and there is tension and excitement right away.
It is a serious episode, one that really hits you in the soul. There is so much sadness, yet so much beauty, so much truth. The managed to make Izzie's first hospital day very realistic, and all of the cast are doing a great job in this episode. Bailey is amazing, and I love how Sheperd slowly finds his way back. The case with the old lady who dies is also incredibly beautiful and sad. But why Mark is the attending on that case, I really don't understand....
