The story continues, a great follow up episode to the incredible pilot.

S.T.R.I.P.E. stands for Special Tactics Robotic Integrated Power Enhance and it's the suit that our hero, Pat Dugan wears which he created himself. The show's version actually looks pretty good.

For what we have seen in the first two episodes Brainwave is looking like a good villain, great even and I can't wait to see the others of the The Injustice Society of America. How the storytelling makes us follow the villains aswell as the heroes is nice as it makes them more fleshed out and believable. Brainwave is played Christopher James Baker and the performance he gave in this episode were terrific, simply superb. Pat Dugan have his own inner struggles and they're realistic ones but with that he's still everything a hero is and I'm excited to see his whole story arc this season, as I said in my previous review, he's my favorite character as he's just so likeable and relatable. Brec Bassinger is like the character she's playing slowly but surely growing into the role of Stargirl. It's rightfully cast, I see the potential. The rest of the cast all seem to be good.

This was kinda a second part of the pilot and I'm fine with that. It isn't really as good as the first episode but it had its moments, lots of good ones. The CGI and effects weren't as good for example Stargirl's movements but I think it will get better. I have high expectations for the next episode and rest of the season, it looks bright with more villains that have and will be introduced. So far, Geoff Johns have done a good job!
