I'm someone who really enjoys watching cartoons from yesteryear. And, that is especially true when it comes to the pre-CGI shorts that were impressively produced in the years from 1938-1962.... Yeah. That (IMO) is when animation was undoubtedly at its absolute best.
And, with that in mind - I'd definitely say that these classic "Terrytoons" come mighty close to rivaling the vintage "Looney Tunes" that were being created at Warner Bros. Studios during that same era.
Beside featuring the heroic "Mighty Mouse" character, these vintage "Terrytoons" also included such goofy greats as - Heckle & Jeckle, Dinky Duck, Gandy Goose, and, yes, Sourpuss, too.
